Summary: By virtue of the chaos decomposition and symbol calculus of generalized operators generated by quantum white noise, Wick product of generalized operators is introduced in an physically intuitive way and characterized analytically and algebraically. The set of generalized operators is a commutative unital involutive associative algebra under Wick product. Some fundamental properties of the Wick algebra are investigated.

Keywords: Free Bose fields, quantum white noise, Wick algebra, generalized operators.
