Elementary and reflexive hyperplanes of generalized Toeplitz operators

Summary:  Theorems of Azoff and Ptak on elementary and reflexive hyperplanes of classical Toeplitz operators are extended to hyperplanes of generalized Toeplitz operators associated with operators of regular norm-sequences.
